Depending on the scope and requirements of a project, a detailed project planning phase will form the first step.

The outputs of the planning phase that will be delivered to the client:

• Project plan

Once a project plan and technical specification has been agreed to, implementation will commence. Implementation includes:

• Procurement of required material as applicable
• Once all deliverables have been met, a detailed testing phase will commence to:
